Apply now Senior Formulation Scientist - Drug Delivery - E.Sussex-£35k-£45k-Topical - Dermal Our client is an innovative biotech company working in drug delivery, and due to expansion, they are looking to hire a Senior Formulation Scientist.You will be involved in conducting formulation and processing studies on nanoparticles. While you are working under daily supervision, you will be responsible for the execution of experimental protocols.Experience Required:Essential*Relevant degree or PhD (Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or Chemistry) *Experience in formulation development, drug delivery systems. Desirable* Any previous formulation experience in nutraceutical or oral drug delivery *Experience in designing and developing pharmaceutical formulations, problem solving, working to designed and safe methodology.*Experience with surface linking molecules with carrier systems and ability to analyse the resulting complex, including measuring of particle sizes and characterisation of both molecules and carrier system.*Advantages analysis and interpretation of data - ability to interpret scientific results in depth and relate them to the project objectives.You will join an exciting and innovative business who have developed and patented a novel drug delivery carrier.
