Apply now A rapidly growing Tech Start Up business in London is actively seeking to appoint a Senior Financial Accountant to own the P&L and B/S for the entire UK business, supporting all reporting activity for the US parent. Key responsibilities include: Responsible for the production of timely and accurate monthly management accounts for the UK entity including P&L, balance sheet and cash flowReview the tax computations and act as key liaison with HMRCProvide insight into the movements in the P&L and balance sheet versus prior periods and budgetPrepare cash books on a monthly basisAssist in the completion of the year-end statutory accounts and actively participate in the US annual auditPrepare statutory accounts according to IFRS for the UK entity and US GAAP for the US entity Desirable skills include: Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA)
