Apply now Senior Conference Producer - Oil & Gas Conferences Based in London + Travel Base salary up to £35K + Generous profit share This Senior Conference Producer opportunity will suit an ambitious & commercially focused graduate with 2+ years in conference production, looking to grow and launch new events in the energy sector. The organisation you will be joining are a high growth, well established conference, reports, business intelligence and publishing organisation. Internationally recognised for their entrepreneurial and innovative approach to events & media. The opportunity - As a Senior Conference Producer you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B energy conferences with the focus on developing & improving existing oil & gas events and launching new energy conferences. As a Senior Conference Producer you will be responsible for the research, analysis of information, programme development, speaker acquisition, sales, marketing and project management of the energy conferences within your portfolio. Producers create and in some instances deliver the strategy for sales, marketing & operations teams to ensure the event achieves its goals and meets the needs of the audience and sponsors. The role will be supported by a strong and welcoming team. Within this role you will spend time meeting and speaking with industry experts to develop you knowledge, keep up to date with new information and create new conference topics - you must therefore be comfortable communicating over the phone & face to face.
