You will be responsible for ensuring our client manages with conduct and regulatory compliance risks effectively working closely with the General Counsel. Responsibilities include: Take ownership of the Risk Management Framework, recommending and implementing policies, procedures and guidance to first line managementProvide assurance to key stakeholders ensuring sufficient controls are implemented covering regulatory risksProvide advice and support on any pertinent business changes and strategic initiativesAssess internal and external environments identifying emerging conduct and regulatory risks through Horizon Scanning Experience required: Extensive experience within a similar roleExpert technical and updated knowledge of FCA requirementsExperience within Financial Services necessary If you would like more information, please contact Helen Bilsborough on or send an updated CV to
