They work with some of the biggest global brands and have been behind some of the most iconic campaigns of the last 100 years. With several big-budget campaigns on the Horizon, they are looking to grow their creative team and are on the hunt for a highly talented Senior Art Director. The successful candidate for this role will report into the Global Creative Director and will work closely alongside the Senior Copywriter. We are looking for a proactive, hands on and highly creative individual who has experience in executing high calibre art direction for global clients. With a number of junior members in the team, it is important that this person is able to inspire, motivate and mentor the creatives around them. Skills & Experience: A strong background of working within elite agencies, creative outstanding brand experiences for global clientsStrong communication skills with the ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders, from copywriters to UX/UI DesignersExperienced in liaising directly with the client and the ability to build strong relationshipsA solid background in digital design would be a big plusA highly proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously and also part of the teamThe ability to inspire and mentor junior members of the team, passing on relevant knowledge and skills
