Apply now Core functions: Communicating with and supporting clients on the telephone Client consultancy Promotion of products and services to clients Virtual and face to face presentations and meetings The role will require the successful applicant to support our customer base (largely national blue chip companies, councils, charities, colleges and NHS trusts) in terms of supporting clients with a solutions-based approach to making eLearning work really effectively in their organisations. Other Skills: Developing new business from existing clients. Liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams Excellent communication and IT skills required We are a dynamic eLearning business providing solutions to our clients in terms of online training courses, Performance Management, and Learning Management Systems. We are looking for equally dynamic Account Managers who can grow client relationships both for the benefit of our business and the client's.
