Apply now SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - CREATIVE POSLOCATION: Central LondonSALARY: £35k - £40kA senior account management position working on 3D retail POS displays & managing 2 team members.QUESTIONS FOR YOU:ARE YOU somebody with 3D retail POS display experience?DO YOU have a strong POS background managing a large client account? HAVE YOU been a team leader or Senior Account Manager? CAN YOU account manage and develop 2 project managers?DO YOU have creative client services experience dealing with creative briefs and designers?CAN YOU lead a client services team focused on project management? ARE YOU influential & strategic? DO YOU HAVE experience working for a Retailer OR leading a large Retail account?ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:Taking the brief from the client, interpret the brief to the studio, provide critical path to follow and oversee structural design. Work with creative partners, present prototypes and gain retailer approvals pre-production. Request estimates, provide costs against budget, invoicing and monthly forecasting. Studio based role, to work one day a week at the client's head office to attend a meeting with the client to run through all projects. Oversee the workload of a small team of Project Managers with the potential to take on their line management as the role progresses. Scheduling the work for the graphic design team. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years working in a similar Senior Account Management role. Proven team management experience  Strong project management skills in a fast paced environment Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise / manage multiple projects at once. Ability to manage a client and provide excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who comes from a design / creative background so knows how to manage creative briefs Must have industry experience of 3D retail point of sale (POS) Knowledge of retailer guidelines would be beneficial but not essential.
