Apply now We are keen to speak to Senior Account Managers with a digital background who are looking for a new challenge. Working for a leading digital performance agency the successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships and delivering digital marketing projects for a portfolio of clients. You will manage between £300k and £500k of client revenue, partnering with your clients to drive client strategy and account profitability. You will manage a cross-channel team, delegating work effectively to ensure it is always of the highest possible standard and ensuring client retention and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage the relationship between the agency and clientsWork with the Account Director to develop a business growth plan for your clients, ensuring year on year growth and a strategy plan for existing business that meets client needsEnsure delivery against the agreed business growth and strategy planMaintain client retention and satisfactionProject-manage and deliver end-to-end digital marketing project performanceManage the day-to-day relationship with clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships so that they trust and value your opinionsGive good strategic advice to clients based upon previous experienceManage and work collaboratively with cross channel teams to ensure the best resultsIdentify opportunities for driving business growthInvolvement in pitching as requiredProduce case studies, research documents and other collateral Skills Required: Several years digital marketing agency experienceAbility to multi-task in a fast-moving environmentExcellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedulesStrong client management skills with the proven ability to add value to clientsStrong problem-solving/troubleshooting skillsExperience of running projects from start to finishExperience of managing a teamExperience of running projects of £100k plusBroad digital marketing knowledge with an in-depth understanding of one of the following: PPC, Analytics, SEO and Content marketing strategies For more information on this digital marketing job please contact Matthew Molgaard at Brandgaard Recruitment.
