Hays Education is working on behalf of a secondary school in Redbridge, London that are looking for a Data Manager / Admissions Officer to start in March 2018, the role is initially temporary with the view to become permanent for the right applicant. To be considered for the role of Data Manager / Admissions Officer in Redbridge, London you must have previous experience in this field.Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:* To be a member of the admin support team within the school.* To manage the school's Integris G2 database system for pupils and staff, ensuring all staff have correct access to the system.* To enter pupil achievement and assessment data and submit reports to the borough.* To be responsible for maintaining accurate records of Free School Meal(FSM)/Pupil Premium children and reporting as necessary.* To work with and provide statistical information to the LA, SEN and Inclusion Team and DFE as and when required.* To analyse and evaluate data/information and produce reports/data/information as required.* To produce accurate pupil information for school census.* To ensure the smooth transition of data from one academic year to the next.* To maintain pupil registers and liaise with the Headteacher and Education Welfare Officer on pupil attendance. * To undertake the Absence Management returns, procedures and tracking both on Integris G2 and iTrent systems.* To produce termly reports from Target Tracker for Senior Leaders.* To be responsible for the admissions process of both Nursery and School admissions.* To liaise with the LA and Parents during the admissions process.* Collate and input admission and data forms for new pupils.* To operate electronic mail and texting service to parents and distribute appropriately.* Analyse annual questionnaires.* Creation and production of reports, labels, lists, statistics as requested by staff.* Making group changes and producing class lists.* Undertake the training evaluation and monitoring providing statistical information as required.* Keep up to date with data and assessment requirements and attend meetings and training provided by the LA and other bodies on behalf of the school and disseminate the information obtained.* Ensure the school is compliant in all aspects of data protection legislation.
