Be a key player in strategic projects from the design phase through architecture, development, testing, documentation, production deployment, and support. You will also be required to support the Product Owner on project work by identifying project stakeholders, defining the project scope and articulating its business justification. The business is embracing Salesforce CPQ, and other Customer Support Ticketing systems, so experience of this is highly desirable.
