Purpose To become an important part of the team, supporting the Customer Account Manager with Project Administration duties eventually progressing and having your own clients to look after & ad hoc PA tasks to support the Managing Director.Benefits include - End of year bonus, Pay review after 3 month probation, all you can drink tea, coffee and juice! Job Duties* Dealing with senior clientele * Liaising with our engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors * Projects and sales administration - Using a bespoke workflow system, outlook and excel. * Sales support and providing quotations * Diary Management * PA Tasks - Contacting associates and clients. Booking travel, hotels and meetings. Ad hoc tasks. What we are looking for* Administration experience * Competent in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook* Excellent telephone manner * Ability to use initiative to manage workload and take direction * Flexible approach to working, including paid overtime on occasion * Experience of using in-house CRM systems* Experience working as part of a team * Experience working in a help-desk/customer service/administration environment Desirable Skills: * Geographical knowledge - UK * Project Administration Experience Adecco is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
