Apply now SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR REQUIRED!! Smartmove are an independent Estate Agency based in Rainham, Essex. Having been a Sales & Lettings Agent for the past 11 years, we established a wide coverage in the Havering, Barking & Dagenham and Thurrock Areas. The position that is available is for a Property Consultant and will mainly include: -Maintaining a large client database of Vendors, Landlords and Applicants -Making and attending viewings -Negotiating and closing deals -Giving regular feedback and maintaining a daily diary. The candidate that we are looking for would ideally have a sales background in the property sector but any previous sales or telesales knowledge would be an advantage. Time management is a necessity and all candidates must have a full UK Driving Licence and use of a car full time. Working hours will be from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays 10am to 5pm. When a Saturday is worked you will receive a day off in lieu during that week. Please apply below!
