You will experience both sides of the recruitment process, from introducing and demonstrating our sales recruitment capabilities to new prospective clients, to managing client relationships via the telephone and face to face, as well as sourcing and nurturing candidates. You may also be required to lead through presentation, to negotiation and ultimately close. Reporting directly to the Sales Recruitment Manager you will receive ongoing training and support. The CandidateYou will be a confident and committed individual with a burning passion, desire and drive to succeed whilst building a career for the future. You must be adept at navigating accounts to explore business issues and impacts; you will be comfortable communicating with C-level executives, with a focus on making a measurable difference.
