The current team in East Dulwich is made up of two lettings consultants, a sales consultant, branch administrator and branch manager. East Dulwich is a upmarket area offering a lovely range of properties. The manager, came through their graduate scheme five years ago and worked his way up to branch manager gaining experience along the way and they are a fun and supportive Manager to work for/with. For this role my client will also consider candidates without Estate Agency experience but you will need to be sociable, have high standards and a good moral compass. Some of the aspects you will cover will be: Dealing with new enquiries, applicant registrations & regular contactConducting viewingsDealing with Offers and Sales ProgressionMeeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual targetsMarketing/CanvassingCovering some aspects of LettingsMonday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm, 7pm on Thursdays Every other Saturday from 10am-4pm.
