Apply now Estate Agency Sales Manager required to cover Maternity leave for a sought after East Devon, long established and friendly Estate Agency with OTE up to £40,000 for the right candidate. A super opportunity has arisen to join a very well established Independent firm in the Honiton area as an experienced sales manager to cover maternity leave for an initial 9 month period, possibly longer. Providing a personal service, with great attention to detail and a wealth of industry knowledge, the company are highly respected within the area and are looking for a professional and driven individual to be part of their team. Obviously Estate Agency Management experience is essential for this role. You will be very target focused and able to deal in all ends of the market with the ability to go out and win new business and continue to drive things forward as well as managing the team and managing the office in general. Package in region of £30,000 to £40,000 OTE to include commission but flexible for the right candidate. There is a pool car available for all appointments. Hours: 8.45 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. Saturday am: 8.45 am to 1.00 pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays worked.
