Part of one of the Health and Fitness industry's leading operators, this Leisure Centre boasts a range of outstanding facilities and an exceptional reputation. This role is ideal for a natural leader; someone who can inspire a team and drive the uptake of new memberships in line with company targets and KPIs. You'll need to be highly proactive and be able to come up with a comprehensive marketing and outreach plan to ensure that the centre benefits from high volumes of leads and footfall. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a fast paced, customer facing sales environment at supervisory or management level. Package £19-21k + Commission OTE 27K This role will require some evenings and weekends
