We also have a commercial department that provide a waste service to businesses around the Region. We are an enthusiastic, forward-thinking company with a workforce of over 500 people and an ambitious vision for the future. THE ROLE Our commercial department based in Avonmouth has now been operational since April 2017 and we are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our Commercial team. We require enthusiastic and pro-active relationship-building decision makers with a proven track record in new business sales, who can generate their own leads and prospects and develop them into new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will be to generate new 'business to business' sales in the Bristol and surrounding areas, offering them a total waste management solution that meets their needs. Experience in the waste and recycling sector is not essential but would be a benefit. In exchange, we offer: a salary range between £21,000 to £25,000 per annum; car plus commission (uncapped), 25 days holiday entitlement; occupational sickness entitlement; access to a defined contribution pension scheme; employee assistance programme; comprehensive training and life assurance of 2 times salary. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will be able to: - Consistently plan for, achieve and exceeds sales targets; - Establish, build, develop and maintain commercial relationships; - Communicating effectively with all commercial departments ensuring; - Provide effective customer service whilst ensuring the company's vision and values are upheld at all times. The successful candidate will: - Have experience of working within a 'Sales Process'; - Have strong communication skills, being able to influence others in a positive manor; - Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management; - Be efficient and confident using Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn internal IT systems; - Have the ability work independently, as part of a team to follow up leads and prospects. - Have experience of preparing and delivering sales presentations at all business levels; How to apply: You will be forwarded onto the company website where you will be asked to complete an application form and attach your CV, that clearly demonstrates how you meet the criteria within the job description.
