Job Title - Sales DirectorIndustry - PaymentsLocation - London/Home BasedSalary - Up to £90,000 plus Commission The RoleThis is a management position and you will be heading up a team of Business Development Managers. The team is made up of New Business and Account Management sales professionals who sell to large multinationals. Your role will be to lead, coach and mentor the team while giving them the best support possible in order that they hit their targets. You will not carry an individual target and you will be targeted on your team's performance. The CandidateI am looking for candidates who have strong experience managing and building successful sales teams within the payments industry. This could be within card issuing, acquiring, gateway or FinTech. Ideally you will have experience managing both new business sales professionals as well as account managers. You must be extremely personable, able to learn quickly and absorb information as well as being target/numbers driven. You will be based from home, however you will spend a lot of time in the London office as well as traveling the country so must be fairly flexible. The PackageMy client will pay a basic salary of up to £90,000 with uncapped OTE. Top performers are earning up to £100K on top of their basic salary.
