Apply now Title: Sales Coordinator - Growing Oil & Gas business with fantastic Career Opportunities Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience Position: Permanent, Full Time Metron is a rapid growth Engineering Services business focused on maximising economic recovery in the oil and gas industry. We deliver a variety of technical services that help our clients to improve operational efficiency within their businesses. Duties and key responsibilities Maintaining and verifying accurate records within the CRM elements of Metron's online ERP system and related Metron toolsMonitoring and managing activity against sales targets and other related business metrics/KPIsCoordination of sales activities, managing schedules, document filing, communication etcPreparing/managing preparation of documentation, including quotes, bid handover documents and sales reportsFollow through of sales to operations, handover etcManaging sales and contractual documentation e.g. tender documents, contracts, NDAsetc within our document management systemAdministering and implementing sales & business development related processes and proceduresManaging client feedback - direct and via FPALAdministering marketing activities - events calendars, industry data sources, general market information, advertising etcEnsuring brand consistency in produced sales documentation Skills, training & experience Previous experience in a sales coordination or related role.Strong systems skills and experience. In particular, experience with CRM, ERP tools and MS applications. If the candidate does not have specific experience with these tools then they need to be able to demonstrate the capability that attainment of these skills is achievable.Experience with Sage or similar Financial Management Systems preferable.Understanding of general sales administration processes.Strong analytical and organisational skills - including attention to detail and a determined approach to accuracy.Excellent inter-personal skills, including assertiveness when required to facilitate good working relationships with other member of the business and clients.Excellent use of written English and awareness of the importance of presentation and brand.Preferably degree qualified although those candidates with suitable experience will be considered.
