Apply now Title: Sales Controller - Grocery Location: Surrey, South London, South West London. Salary: c£75k-£90k basic, 20% bonus, F/E car, healthcare, pension and life cover. Our exceptional, Award-Winning and category leading client is looking to recruit a very ambitious and upward curve Senior NAM level individual who has aspirations to be a Sales Director within 18 months. This role will manage the entire Grocery portfolio and be responsible for 7 direct reports (NAM's and NAE's) with the opportunity to increase head-count to 10 over the next 12-18 months. You will be working with articulate, commercial and upward curve individuals who will enhance your performance. This is a Private Label & Branded FMCG business with a 'best in class' reputation. Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of National Account Management level experience within FMCG.Grocery experience.Full JBP responsibility and currently managing a multi-million P&L.Line management experience.Must have a progressively strong CV.Must be degree educated and ideally completed a graduate scheme.Commercially driven.Good business acumen.Confident 'can do' attitude.
