You will not only provide key sales support to the sales team but also assist the operations team when required. Sales Co-Ordinator Key responsibilities Provide a prominent level of sales support and co-ordination to the head of the sales department and the business development managers in acquiring and retaining new commercial finance clientsHelping the team with new prospective clients through to the arrangement of any finance to include following up introducers, accountants and prospectsPreparation of the pipeline, monthly sales information, monthly sales targets and other reports needed for the senior teamMaintaining internal systems and processesYou must have strong verbal and written communication skillsValuable experience with time managing, working unsupervised and very strong Microsoft Office skillsEvent organisation for the sales teams and prospective clients If you do not have a background or proven track record in sales co-ordination, then please do not apply as this is vitally important to the role.
