Description As a Sales Advisor your responsibilities would be the following: Coaching and developing staff on the customer journeyProviding excellent customer serviceExceeding personal and team KPI'sRevising and keeping up to date with product knowledge and changes in the marketRolling out new process and initiatives within storeDealing with high level of complaintsReporting into the Store ManagerKey holder responsibilities Profile The candidate would need to have previous retail experience or customer service experience, and also display knowledge and extensive experience within assisted selling.
