You will be an integral team member, offering administrative and ad-hoc team assistant support to the team. Full training will be provided. Duties include: Working as part of a wider teamDelivering outstanding service to colleagues & customers at all timesFile checkingScanning ordersMaking order filesFinding filesCompleting quotation request paperworkRaising new project paperworkDelivering paperwork to appropriate departmentsAssisting other departments as requiredCarrying out any other tasks that may be necessary for the smooth running of the site The successful candidate will: Have been educated to a good standard, ideally educated to A Level or above with strong GCSE gradesBe reliable, flexible and hardworking with a strong work ethicHave first class communication skillsBe positive, with a sunny disposition and a good sense of humourUnderstand the importance of accuracyMaintain high standards of personal presentationHave some working experience demonstrating a desire to progress If you meet the above criteria then please apply online for immediate consideration.
