We are looking for a talented Sales Administration/Customer Service Manager who is keen to drive some exciting change and improvements across the team and business. As the Sales Administration Manager you will be in charge with leading a team of 4 individuals; delivering a positive, high performing culture as well as implementing new systems and processes. Responsibilities include: Leading a successful team from the front, driving performance across order-to-cash and make people open to changeProject management: system improvementsContinuous improvement; streamlining processes and moving away from manual processesImproving internal relationships, working collaboratively with sales, operations and other departmentsImproving relationships, working in partnership with customers The successful candidate will: 3-5+ years experience successfully managing a team in a similar role; Customer Service Manager / Sales Admin Manager / Head of Customer Service / Order to Cash ManagerHighly system literate with experience of SAP, and excellent excel skillsAbility to communicate and coordinate different stakeholders internally/externally Able to work under pressure and previous experience delivering projectsAbility to analyse KPI trends and propose action plan - you will need to have strong analytical skills If you're looking for a really exciting and interesting opportunity, where you can make a real improvement, and your background accurately meets the above requirements then please don't hesitate to apply!
