Apply now We are looking for an SRM Reporting & Data Manager who will develop a suite of high-impact reports and dashboards to help reach our ambitious strategic goals. In the pivotal role of delivering management information to drive the Engagement division's strategy and the Supporter Relationship Management strategy, you will be an outstanding communicator - working closely with colleagues across the division to understand their reporting needs and to ensure they are able to fully benefit from the reports you produce. You will be skilled in using Tableau (or a similar reporting tool) to develop interactive reports that draw from multiple sources. This will include interrogating large fundraising databases or CRM systems and utilising data from digital and social media channels. You will also be proactive in identifying ways to improve the quality of supporter data across our many systems and have the ability to work collaboratively with teams and external agencies where required.
