The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the client transition process from the Project team to the BAU client services team, so previous experience in a client facing Service Delivery role is essential: Duties to include: " Responsibility of all aspects of service delivery, ensuring successful delivery by monitoring SLA achievements " Ownership of new or recurring problems and finding successful solutions" Working with internal departments to ensure transition is smooth and controlled." Working alongside the Account Management team, ensuring the company exceeds the client's expectations of the current service. To be considered for this role, candidates will have significant experience in a similar Service Delivery Manager position gained within a payments / FX environment.
