In this primarily office-based role, you'll be leading a small team of inside sales people and will be responsible for designing, implementing and driving its sales strategy. This is a hands-on position where you will proactively seek new business opportunities, respond to quotation requests and manage your team to maximise quote conversion. Working closely with the senior management team, you'll produce forecast reports, assist with the budgeting process and identify market trends, implementing contingency plans when required.
