Apply now A large global listed recruitment group are seeking an experience Learning & Development professional to join the DAX part of the business to deliver a range of sales and management training programmes across the region. With 5 offices in Germany and 2 across Switzerland and Austria, this is a great opportunity for a fluent German speaker to put their recruitment training experience to good use in this brand new role. Reporting into an L&D Manager the main responsibilites of the role include: To provide world class learning and development solutions specialising in, sales skills, soft skills and management essentials in the long termTo spend at least 60-80% of the time delivering formal learning in a global environment to the business (classroom, VC or Webex)To support the centralised operations team in course administrationTo contribute to the effective evaluation of all training programmes and workshopsTo assist with the design and development of new learning and development products and initiatives as identified by the Team ManagerTo embed all L&D products in the business in line with all Corporate Programmes Experience required Experience as a successful sales professional and 2+ years within a training role in a recruitment businessKnowledge and experience in the delivery of formal and informal interventions ie/classroom-based, VC and WebexProactively build rapport with stakeholders and demonstrate credibility in the learning environmentUnderstanding of the full training cycleAbility to work both as part of a team and independentlyApplies credible sales experience from recruitment or like sales industry You must be able to work in Germany and be flexible with travel. The role could be based in Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt or Dusseldorf. Successful candidates will be contacted within 48 hours
