The Role : You will be working with Russian and English speaking clients and responsible for the daily management of their requests (entertainment, relocation, traveling, property management, children education). The AM will ensure that all requests are carried out exceptionally and that the clients are receiving an excellent level of service at all times Requirements : Support and resolve customer queriesExperience in Lifestyle/Property managementBachelor's degreeExcellent English/Russian written and spoken communication skills Typical Responsibilities: Support and resolve customer queriesDeliver outstanding customer serviceProperty management (overseeing and management of utilities, tradesman's work etc. for clients properties).Travel and leisure arrangementsSourcing and booking the best restaurants, shows and eventsRecruitment projects (i.e. sourcing nannies, housekeepers, tutors etc.)Party organizationClient database management and basic marketing tasks (newsletters, etc.)Day to day ad hoc PA duties Job Type: Full-time
