Apply on recruiter's website An interim Reward Manager position with a large retail business based in London Client Details My client is a multinational retail organisation based in London Description As a Reward Manager, you will have responsibility for a small team and report to the Head of Reward and Benefits. You will be tasked with: Design, development and delivery of all annual reward programmes across the groupDevelop reward policies in line with the business strategyLeads the reward team with responsibility for their developmentProposal of new reward initiativesManage external relationships with reward suppliersProvide an internal reward consultant service to the wider business including senior stakeholders Profile In order to be successful in this role as a Reward Manager you will ideally: Possess strong influencing and stakeholder management abilitiesHave a comprehensive knowledge of reward concepts and principlesHave external retail business knowledgeLine management or mentoring/coaching experienceKnowledge of UK pay legislation Job Offer £300 - £325 /day
