Apply now ** THIS ROLE IS OPEN TO RECRUITMENT / HR ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES** Due to growth within the business, our client, a leader in it's field, is seeking to appoint a temporary Recruitment Co-ordinator to support the team for circa six months, possibly longer from 5th March 2018. The aim of the role is to provide complex process administration and diary management support to one of the Resourcing teams relating to the delivery of best practice recruitment co-ordination across certain Western European countries: Key Activities include: Post all vacancy details to job boards (internally/externally)Liaise with Line Managers, HR colleagues and candidates to arrange interviews, diary management, room bookingsPrepare and supply information to candidates (interview confirmations which include benefits, map, interview notes, link to advert) 2nd interviews to include assessments/presentation topicCheck Line Manager & Resourcing Specialist have accepted interview invitesJob Briefs/Presentation topics to be attached to each requisition - budget allocation to be updated with advert/assessment costsManage the candidate testing processCandidate Management - email correspondence, reminders to complete assessments/bring passport to interviewsWIP Report to be updated at all times, accurate and to be distributed weekly to Management TeamWeekly Interview Schedule to be updated at all timesManagement of temporary hires - including internal processes Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Proven experience of managing complex administration processes and ensuring consistency and accuracy at all times ideally in a related job roleHighly organised with excellent attention to detailExperience of working with a range of systems including Recruitment ATS, MS Office - Intermediate Excel, SharePointAbility to manage multiple tasks at any one time to a consistent standardStrong administration and communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills - resilient and tenacious, tact and diplomacyExperience of working with a diverse group of people with the ability to work as part of a team A high level of confidentialityThe flexibility and willingness to learn Languages: German or Dutch ideal but not essential Should you be interested in discussing this vacancy please contact Annabel Green via LinkedIn or register your details on www.resourcing4hr.co.uk.
