Apply now Our client is a global professional services firm based in Central London who are currently recruiting a Resource Planning Manager. This position reports directly into to the Senior Resource Manager and will have responsibility for managing a small team, producing MI for senior management and also having overall Resource Management responsibility for a service line in the business. The position is to start as soon as possible the successful candidates will work closely with senior stakeholders to meet financial and non-financial objectives and the utilisation of resources and ensure operational excellence. This position will pay between £50k to £58k plus benefits and is a fantastic opportunity to work for a truly global business. The responsibilities of this role include: Resource and capacity management within the UK business and to drive utilisation improvement in conjunction with Business Leaders.Understanding financial performance against budget on a weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual basis and the ability to understand the related business performance issuesSupporting Business Leaders in providing and interpreting management information in order to facilitate proactive management of their businesses.Management oversight of headcount / related business processesLink with central functions to execute/ provide support for specific initiativesManaging ad-hoc operational projects at the request of the Operations Director and Business Leaders.Proactively review existing and implement new operational processes. Qualification & Experience Experience of Resource and Capacity Management, ideally gained within a partnership or a matrix structure.An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can be robust and can manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.Strong systems and excel skills This position will pay between £50k to £58k plus benefits and is a fantastic opportunity to work for a truly global business.
