Apply now We are urgently seeking an experienced Resource and Traffic Manager to join our creative and forward-thinking client based in the heart of the Cotswolds. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience of managing resources and workflow from within an agency or similar environment handing below-the-line work. Main responsibilities will involve the management of resources throughout the agency process to enable projects to be delivered on time and to budget, identifying any resource bottlenecks or clashes and coming up with appropriate solutions. Key to the role will be efficient collaboration with numerous departments and department heads in order to plan and plan ahead appropriately. We'll be looking for candidates who can demonstrate a clear understading of workflow and resource management through the agency process with a track record of a minimum of 2 years from within a similar role. You will need to be highly organised and process driven with a good commercial acumen as well as a good understanding of creative skills needed to produce high quality work. Excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise and good attention to detail are a must. This is a full time and permanent role on offer for a salary of up to £27K pa plus attractive company benefits and the chance to join a prestigious and very successful organisation!
