The role involves dealing with your own caseload of conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post completion. The caseload is very varied and involves a lot of client contact, dealing with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties In return for your hard work the successful Licensed Conveyancer will be paid a highly competitive salary in the region of £35,000 to £45,000 as well as receiving a generous benefits package. The little bit of difference that you make to clients each day will bring a massive difference to the whole businessProfessional Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or FCILEx with Current Practising Certificate or Licence (without conditions)Good technical knowledge of relevant legal areas including AML and sound practical experience of handling completion day issuesSignificant experience of handling caseloads comprising all complexities of residential conveyancing with minimal technical supportExcellent skills at delivering excellent customer service including communication; decision making and advisingExcellent organisation skills with ability to prioritise and take responsibility for self-developmentDynamism, Agility, Commitment and a Desire to make a difference!
