The successful Conveyancer will take on their own busy caseload of conveyancing files and will progress their independently, in addition to supporting the wider team as a whole. Our client is committed to the development of the their staff members and, as such, the appointed Conveyancer will have the opportunity to undertaken a plethora of training and have the opportunity to progress their career if the commitment and skill is there. RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER: Our client is looking to recruit a capable and experienced Residential Conveyancer who is able to handle their own busy workload and process multiple completions at any one time. The Conveyancer will ideally have had broad experience of the full conveyancing process from initial instruction to post completion. Ideally, they will have worked on freehold and leasehold properties, registered and unregistered titles, leases, shared ownership and the re-mortgages. The Conveyancer will have lots of get up and go and be ready to hit the ground running from the outset. Great communication skills and a hard working and committed attitude to their workload will also be viewed upon favourably.
