This position is very customer service focused and dealing with travel agents. Must have experience working within customer service or reservations within the travel industry. This position is held within the Reservations department and is responsible for selling companies products and any related add-on products. This involves (but is not limited to) checking availability, taking new and editing/updating existing reservations as well as troubleshooting Efficient call handling & processing all aspects of reservations from EMEA Trade Partners Assisting any EMEA Direct Consumers, booked with a Trade Partner, with their queries always ensuring the Trade Partner is kept informed of the outcome Requirements: Customer ServiceVerbal and written communication skillsOrganisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks Must be able to: Work independently and be self-motivated Be an effective resource in a team environmentProvide knowledgeable, courteous and efficient serviceResponsible for maintaining thorough knowledge of product, policies and proceduresAttention to detail and accuracy Years of experience: 2-3 years' experience in the Reservations/Sales Environment.
