Apply now Our client is a regional Social Housing Provider based in the Yorkshire region and having recently reviewed their services to offer their customers increased levels of satisfaction, they have approached Karter Thomas to assist them in recruiting for a Rent Arrears Officer.To be considered for this role you must be able to display the following: - Proven experience of chasing arrears up to Court Action Level within a Local Council or Housing Association- A good understanding of welfare benefits ideally with knowledge of Universal Credit- A strong understanding of eviction protocols- Access to your own car Our client would consider a generic housing officer as long as they have had exposure to chasing rent arrears.
