Do you have previous experience with Dementia Nursing?I am looking for Nurses who would be interested in working in a purpose built Nursing Home for people with dementia based in Ripley, Derbyshire. The service provided nursing and personal care for up to 48 older people living with dementia. received a Good rating at it's last CQC inspection, and also has a sensory garden on site.There are permanent roles available on a full or part time basis and the client is offering up to £36,500 FTE.Essential*Registered UK Nurse (RMN).*Able to work well in a team*Flexible*Strong organisational skills*Demonstrate good listening, communication and interpersonal skills.*Deal professionally with nurses, healthcare workers and families and with allied professionals*Able to work under pressure and to deadlines*Be prepared to undertake other training that would benefit the role*Have an understanding of the needs of service users suffering from dementia
