Apply now A fantastic opportunity to join a medium-sized Care home provider in the Moseley area for the elderly. The group is now looking to take on a number of experienced RGN's for both full time and part time day and night shift positions within their homes in the Moseley area.In order to be considered for the role you will be an RGN or RMN Staff Nurse with at least a minimum of 12 Months experience working within nursing in the UK. Experience of working in a nursing home is essential. In this role you will: Deliver the highest standards of care with dignity and respectDevelop, review and update care plansComply with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelinesEnsure medicines are appropriately received, stored and administeredEnsure all relevant policies and procedures are read, understood are adhered to by all staff.Provide clinical leadership & supervision for the healthcare staffParticipate in the induction and training of all new staff on the unitSupervise and monitor standards of care and take appropriate action to improve standards when requiredEnsure all clinical documentation is well maintained and filed in the appropriate places To apply for this role, you must have: Experience in a similar setting A first level nursing qualification (RGN or RMN)The legal right to work in the UKA clean DBS with no restrictions on your practice Interviews are taking place immediately.
