Arrow Recruitment is currently looking for a Registered General Nurse for a Highly Respected Healthcare provider situated in Chiswick offering nursing care as well as specialist care for those with dementia. The hours of work are 36 hours per week that will be a mix of days, night and alternative weekends with the hourly rate being £18.00 per hour with Paid Breaks. Additional hours are available if required. As a Registered General Nurse your main duties are: To undertake the role of named nurse for a named group of residents.To act as resource person for named key workers.To supervise and actively assist in all aspects of resident's care.To practise sound clinical judgements.To establish individual care for each resident by the thorough assessment of needs and planning of care with the participation of the key worker, resident and relative or their representative.To ensure care is evaluated on a regular basis in participation with the resident, relative or their representative and the key worker.To maintain accurate records of resident care.To motivate and provide general supervision to care staff.To ensure all residents receive appropriate care during each span of duty and to be responsible for the Centre's management in the absence of more senior personnel.To liaise with other professionals i.e. GP, Physiotherapist, etc. In return you would receive- Uniform providedPaid breaks5.6 weeks holidays a year including bank holidaysGenerous Bonus IncentiveCareer DevelopmentAccess to paid courses completely free such as tracheostomy,phlebotomy, tissue viability and many moreAccess to 'Perkbox' - providing them with retail and leisure discounts worth up to £1200 per year.
