Offering an attractive basic salary, uncapped commission, plus a fantastic benefits package including pension and company car, this is a great chance to earn well and make an impact as part of a growing and forward thinking business.The RoleYou would be tasked with generating new business in the healthcare and public sector markets, helping the business meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets and develop their market share. You will be expected to identify business opportunities, develop proposals that address prospective clients' needs and meet objectives, before closing down mutually beneficial deals. You would work to pre-assigned revenue and margin targets for the financial year, with uncapped bonus and realistic year one earnings of circa £55,000.The CandidateThe role will suit a high calibre sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business and developing accounts within previous high profile B2B sales roles. Experience within the Healthcare / Public Sector would be preferred, with an understanding of the procurement process and buying priorities within these fields. You will be an influential communicator, comfortable liaising at all levels and with a consultative approach to sometimes complex sales. Strong commercial acumen will be required, as will a good understanding of marketing principles.You must be IT literate and able to organise a varied workload and manage multiple project proposals plus your sales pipeline. You will be a confident, personable, and outgoing individual, self-motivated and articulate, able to work equally effectively alone or as part of a team.
