Achieve and exceed new member recruitment and associated income targets Through regular 1:1 meetings, identify training needs including knowledge of member benefits and policy/lobbying activityEnsure training interventions are delivered effectivelyProvide support to the Membership Advisors in order for them to be fully compliant and knowledgeable in selling the membership proposition Hold regional meetings as appropriate to launch new products and services and to share best practiceTo support the Head of Sales develop and implement a strategy to maximise income for the FSBTo establish and maintain appropriate systems of monitoring sales performanceTo gather market information and share this with the Member Services management team to ensure the FSB offering remains competitive within the marketplaceTo contribute to the lead generation process and to ensure that all leads passed to the team are followed up in a timely manner, enhancing the professional image of the FSB All applicants must be able to provide at interview stage their highest education certificates as listed on their CV and verification of their eligibility to work in the UK The policy of FSB is that all job applicants and employees shall be given equal opportunities in all the areas of employment.
