You would be looking after 3 Midlands based branches in Nottingham, Wolverhampton and Stoke, plus 1 onsite. All branches are performing well and are above budget. The ideal candidate would be working within the Industrial Sector of Recruitment and either working as a Senior Branch Manager looking for the next step or currently working as Regional Manager for a competitor. This will be an exciting challenge and will require a very "hands on approach". The right applicant will be able to demonstrate that they are used to working to P & Lable to manage teams remotelycan deliver a bespoke Recruitment Solutiondrive sales through customer service and new businessgrow and develop teams In return, the package our client is offering would be between £50k - £60k.
