Ideally you will have a minimum of three year's experience in spotting land opportunities, helping purchase them and ensuring local developers are involved. ·You will be a consummate net-worker who already has a developer client base that you can utilise immediately.·You will be immaculately presented and have a full clean UK driving licence.·You will be comfortable in dealing with the Estate Agency branch network to ensure they provide you with good quality land leads and be willing to present yourself in a manner that befits this high profile position. On offer is a basic salary that is negotiable depending on experience with £40,000 - £50,000 pa plus executive benefits. On target earning are up to £70,000 pa for the right person.
