Apply now Regional Account Manager Company: A rapidly expanding maintenance Company who have recently re-located to Surrey Job Description: The role is a mix of office based and face to face client visits to promote their servicesAssisting them in reviews of their contracts and providing information and adviceManaging discussions with them about their future strategyExplaining price rises and new servicesWork closely with the Sales & Commercial Director to manage the contract processProviding accurate reports and documentation to the Management TeamMeeting KPI's and agreed sales targetsQuickly grasp and understand the sales procedure including all aspects of the marketCanvass leads, perform telesales calls, and forge relationships with DM'sSet up and arrange appointments with existing and new clientsManage your own diary bearing in mind our clients are nationally basedPrepare customer proposals/ quotes using a bespoke CRM systemRegularly liaise with top level individuals and be confident at selling into both public and private sectorsAttend ad-hoc meetings with members of the Company as necessaryMaximise our client network and both manage and liaise with our existing client base to monitor needs and identify growth opportunities and to retain clientsPerform other duties as required by the Company Person Specification: Previous experience within a similar sales / business development roleThorough understanding of the principles of sales and relationship buildingPrevious sales experience in winning and securing large contractsIn-depth experience of working with a varied and demanding client baseMust have exemplary client relationship management skillsAbility to deliver results, with a proven track record of delivering on sales targetsSelf-starter, professional, first class interpersonal skills with high energy and enthusiasm Additional Information: Based in Leatherhead£25,000 basic, OTE first full year £35,000- £40,000 second year £60,0002.85% on all new business sales (paid the month following invoice)Mobile phoneLaptopUse of pool Company car20 days annual leave + bank holidaysWorking hours 8:00 to 17:00 (Mon - Fri) We appreciate the time you took to apply for this vacancy, however due to the high level of applications that we receive, we can only respond to successful candidates.
