Apply now We have been retained by a leading Recruitment Consultancy in the South West who are looking to hire a key member for their management team. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing a network of branches and reporting directly to the Managing Director. This is not a billing role but you will be directly involved in New Business Development and Client Retention as well as assiting members of the sales team and working alongside the branch managers. Applicants will ideally have a strong grounding in the commercial recruitment sector although other professional markets will be considered. Candidates currently working in a Branch Manager or Senior Consultant role will be considered. Benefits include an extremely competitive basic salary with an achievable OTE in excess of £55,000 A fully expensed company car (BMW) is also on offer.
