We have openings for both temporary and permanent consultants to take on an established desk. As a Recruitment Consultant at Wild Berry Associates your role will be varied, fast paced, and challenging. You will be an expert and advisor to your clients and candidates in the London market, attending face to face meetings to understand requirements. You will then match skill-sets with candidates that you meet You will enjoy developing business with new, lapsed and existing customers and in return you will be rewarded an excellent basic salary with the opportunity to earn outstanding commission/bonus and incentives- you thrive on success and strive to always do better. Aside from building your own empire, as you progress you will have the opportunity to gain ownership and management of a select number of clients that you have developed, and open up further opportunities across the business.
