Apply now We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Sales division. You will be working on a warm desk, recruiting for several key clients specialising in the recruitment of internal sales positions across South Wales. Key responsibilities Working with your Divisional Head you will be responsible for: Building the Sales Division through proactive business development and working to achieve your activity and revenue targets.Identifying, approaching and sourcing potential candidates through a variety of attraction methods as part of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.Building your individual network of clients and maintain any existing client relationships using sales and networking techniques.Demonstrating a commercial and proactive commitment to winning business, managing your desk in-line with company strategy. Skills and experience required You will have recruitment or sales experience with demonstrable successEvidence of consistently achieving and exceeding targets from within the recruitment or sales industryMoney & reward drivenStrong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with hiring managersYou will be proficient in the use of IT systems, including a working knowledge of recruitment software or CRM systemsYou will hold a full driving licence.
