Apply now Exciting opportunity for a Reception Manager at a Classic, 4* Luxury, Boutique Hotel, in Cambridge. Hours will be 5 days out of 7, rotational, shifts will be approx: 7-3.30pm or 2.30-11pm. 5 days out of 7 with perhaps a mid-shift depending on how busy the hotel is. Your role will include some the following duties: Creating an excellent first impression to all visitorsMaximizing all salesWorking closely with the Hotel Marketing Sales and Manager and Reservations coordinator to make sure website and third party websites are up to dateRecruitment, training and monitoring of all reception staff to ensure quality of serviceLiaising with Conference and Events Manager to ensure the smooth running of eventsWoking with Group Accountant to ensure accurate billing, controlling sales ledger, signing off of invoices, etc And many more...this will be a varied and interesting role. If you are an advocate for customer serivce but also have a good head for numbers, this could be the perfect role for you.
