Apply now Rewards and Benefits Analyst/Officer World leading academic centre of excellence based in the heart of London is looking to complement their forward thinking HR team with the inclusion of a Rewards and Benefits Analyst/Officer. The role would suit a pro-active and experienced individual who can provide support and expertise on key activities in the Reward area. You would be supporting the HRD and Pensions specialist in providing analysis, data comparisons and overall support to the organisation. With an emphasis on pay and performance review, the key areas of responsibility will be: Delivery and Support -respond to requests from stakeholders and providing specialist advice. Resolution of day to day issues, design and develop materials and policy guidance. Provide training to colleagues Analysis and Reporting - Benchmarking and data comparisons, make recommendations to support decision making. Prepare detailed reports to inform review and enable decisions to be made Compliance - investigate and inspect data, processes and working practices Project Management - working collaboratively on a range of Reward based projects Process Improvement - monitoring processes and systems, review and identify opportunities for improvement, follow through to completion They require knowledge and experience within Pay and Performance review, working across all areas of a business and expertise in data comparisons.
